Unfortunately, we cannot ship any worms to Western Australia, Northern Territory or Tasmania at this time.
All of our worms are shipped out on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Please place your order by 10pm on Saturday to be included in Monday or Tuesday’s shipment. Orders received after that will be processed the following week.
AusPost has suspended its next day delivery guarantee so please allow 2-5 days for your worms to arrive depending on your location.
Once the worms have been despatched a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Should you have any issues with your worms when they arrive please email or text some pictures along with a description of the problem straight away.
DISCLAIMER: During extreme heat weather events, your shipment may be delayed in order to protect the live worms. If this is the case, we will contact you to inform you of this.
