WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR LIVE FISHING WORMS

• Please keep your worms somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight, this will keep them in good condition for a week or two.
• If you wish to preserve your fishing worms for a longer period, you can put them in the fridge – where they will go into a kind of hibernation, and can last for several weeks.

SHIPPING POLICY

• Due to quarantine regulations, we unfortunately cannot ship any worms to Western Australia, Northern Territory or Tasmania.
• All of our worms are shipped out on Mondays and Tuesdays.
• Orders received after midday on Monday will be posted out the following week.
• AusPost has suspended its next day delivery guarantee so please allow 2-5 days for your worms to arrive depending on your location.
• Once the worms have been despatched a tracking number will be emailed to you.
• Should you have any issues with your worms when they arrive please email or text some pictures along with a description of the problem straight away.
